• Initial “Get To Know You” Consultation and Planning Session via Zoom with your minister.

• Additional unlimited Planning Sessions via Zoom, if needed.

• Unlimited email, text, and phone communication with your minister.

• Writing of your custom funeral/memorial ceremony.

• Any special elements you may choose to include — unlimited options. These will be discussed during your Planning Session(s).

• Final talk-through of your service prior to the funeral via Zoom or phone, if desired.

• Phone consultation with the Funeral Director, if applicable.

• If desired, attend the viewing. 

•  PLEASE NOTE: It’s important to understand we are not Funeral Directors . As such, our role as ministers is to provide pastoral care to grieving friends and family and to present a Christ-centered, biblical, funeral or memorial service.  We do not assist in any additional services that are covered by the funeral home.

• Arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service time.

• Communicate with your Funeral Director and any other person important to the ceremony upon arrival, as applicable.

• Officiate the funeral or memorial service.

• Available for private prayer and discussions with family.

* Our fees include everything listed above as applicable to each ceremony. Additional fees apply to ceremonies outside of the Richmond, VA metropolitan areas and on specific holidays (please see below).

Both a $150 deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance which is due two weeks prior to your date.

We accept payment through Venmo®, Zelle®, and PayPal® if paying by card.

No, never. Our fees to officiate any ceremony within the Richmond, VA metropolitan area (as defined below) are all-inclusive.

Travel fees (mileage, hotel accommodations, airfare, etc. as applicable) for weddings outside of the Richmond, VA metropolitan area apply but will always be clearly discussed and included in the contract prior to any payment received. Our clergy are available to travel anywhere in the USA and worldwide.

An additional fee of $100 will be added to any wedding and/or rehearsal or funeral/memorial that falls on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday), and Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday through Saturday).
